Ken - Great show! It even brought tears to my eyes at the end! I hope the
Berkeley audience enjoyed it as much as those in Pacifica. I am really looking
forward to having this show at The Sequoias Retirement Community this winter!
There is no way to do the show in any less time - the history unfolds around
Sousa’s music and builds to a beautiful climax. The trivia page is great
- we have some people here who are walking encyclopedias on music, film, plays,
books, US history, and they will enjoy that. I will be giving it a good build-up
during the week prior. Thanks for being willing to put up with our limited
facility - I wish we had room for a full concert band! And most of all, thanks
for your enthusiasm, creativity, and humor that make this show possible. What
an impressive list of performances ahead of you!! Congratulations on your
success, and good luck for the shows ahead!
